Our Christmas Cakes are based on a traditional recipe and made in small batches. Fruit is macerated in brandy for several days before being made into our cakes. Finished cakes are then lovingly brushed with brandy over weeks to allow the flavours to fully mature. Our marzipan is made freshly in house and cakes are dressed & adorned only days in advance for you. Cakes can be purchased with, or without finishing (plain).

WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS CAKES FOR 2025. A HANDFUL OF CAKES ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN THE CAFE OVER THE COUNTER.
